SHIPPING INFORMATION

We process orders each business day. Generally, orders received before 12.00pm will be shipped the same day orders received after 12.00pm will be shipped the following business day.

Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes as we need a physical address for courier delivery. Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Generally, orders take 2-3 days depending on your location; orders are shipped from Auckland. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

All standard deliveries in New Zealand with a value of $99.00 or above receive free shipping. Orders below $99.00 will incur a $8.50 shipping charge. If there is an error in your delivery or the product is damaged or faulty, we will refund your shipping costs.
